Rebounding

On a mini trampoline is a 45 minute class for Beginners & 60 minutes class for Advanced. The focus is on cardio fitness, toning, balance, coordination, weight loss, and healing of the cells due to lymph activation.

Afternoon classes on offer in Gillitts.

Rebounding 4 Kids

Is a fun workout using music kids relate to and interact with. Ages 2 to 7 (30 mins) and Ages 7 to 12 (45 mins) will be in different classes. Balance, Coordination, posture, and muscle strength are the focus. Ideal for kids with low muscle tone, ADHD, or other OT issues.

Pilates

Is an hour class focusing on Core Strength, Balance, and Flexibility, including BalletCore & Posture? It is an energizing workout for all ages and abilities.

 

Morning and Afternoon classes are on offer in Gillitts & Hillcrest.

Rehabilitation

Is a combination of light Rebounding, Pilates & Stretch for those trying to build themselves up after Covid or any other illness, injury or surgery.

This class is twice a week for 45 minutes to an hour in Gillitts. Booking Essential.
